Grace as Salt and Deep as the Sea!

To God’s holy people in Colossae, the faithful brothers and sisters[a] in Christ: Grace and peace to you from God our Father.
Col 1:2

Sitting in a lounge at the airport in Zurich on my way home from Tanzania. Tears, nice exhaustion and deep thankfulness, everything at the same time...

More than 13,000 people have prayed salvation prayers, and then all the blind, deaf, mute and paralyzed that Jesus has healed right away! Hundreds of people delivered from demons and thousands baptized in Holy Spirit is flying past my eyes. Yes... All the glory to Jesus! I don't have anything to do with this, that is very clear at least... Another festival is over in a Muslim city in Africa, we will continue until the last people group has heard!

Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
Col 4:6

I'm reading the Apostle Paul's letter to the "Jesus-gang" in the Colossae region... Meditating on the concept "grace". The Holy Spirit has taught me about true, balanced and genuine Biblical "grace" the entire spring and summer. Grace according to the New Testament and the first church is so lovely, freeing and strong! Grace is infinite and deep, but also salt. The oceans of the world are also enormous, deep, rich in life but also salt. Grace is the same way! The sea of grace is deep and salt! The sea of grace is sound, healthy and gives life!

For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age...
Tit 2:11-12

I'm flying to Norway and a large conference hosted by Evangeliesenter at Österbo on Friday. I love to preach in Norway and especially at Österbo at Lise Karlsen's and her Jesus-crew! This summer 40 crazy SOS people will be there and head up the Youth Conference that run parallel to the large conference. So much fun! I believe that we'll have lots of Norwegian youths at our Bible School in Stockholm in August again! :)

Eye Healed at Swedish Conference!

I am in the car on my way home from Trosgnistan's summer conference in southern Sweden. Trosgnistan are strong faithful friends to SOS since many years and I love to preach there! Around 40 people ran to the front when the salvation invitation was given last night and Jesus healed the sick.

The Holy Spirit gave me a word of knowledge to a girl that was cross-eyed on her right eye. Jesus healed her and as you see in the picture here, her eye is prefect again! Hallelujah!

Amanda (the blond to the left) was healed in her right eye last night!

Tomorrow I am preaching home in Stockholm again at both our celebrations 12 and 4 pm. I am longing to see the church again!!! There will be lots of miracle stories my friends, I'll see you at SOS Church  tomorrow right?! :)

See ya!

Vacation, The Smålands Conference and Stockholm

I am now, after two great weeks of vacation in Tanzania, on my way home for a quick stop in good old Sweden. Vacation in Africa after a successful missions festival is a real hit. The spiritual fullness you feel in combination with being high on happiness and the physical exhaustion after intense preparations and then a full blowout is the perfect prerequisite for wonderful rest. I don't know if I've ever enjoyed the beach, the seafood menu from the ocean, the pool and the company as much any time before. To just sit under the palm trees, laughing in the warm African night together with your best friends is so nice.

The guys ended the vacation with a "hunting trip" that became more of an African wild-life-camping experience than hunting. The Tanzanian authorities never granted us the licenses or permits they had promised due to an incomplete allocation caused by the animal counts not being turned in from the national parks before the hunting season started July 1st (sigh). We won't give up but will try to hunt impala, eland and buffalo after the next festival in Tanga, Tanzania two weeks from now instead.

We saw lots of animals and were even forced out of our tent camp by an African wild dog the last night. We tried to scare him away three times, but this was his territory and we had to give up. Man does not set the rules here. One of the masters of the savanna said his piece. We did receive a great wildlife adventure at least... We will never forget the stars in the night, the Milky Way over the savanna or the bath in the "crocodile river" after 4 days of no shower... Thank you Jesus for Africa! Thank you for creating such beauty!

Now I'll have the privilege to preach at Trosgnistans Smålands Conference this Friday night and then at two celebrations home in Stockholm on Sunday, so much fun! I am longing! Then I will fly back to Africa for our next summer festival in the Muslim city Tanga right on the Indian Ocean.

See ya!
