Great Weekend!

Salvation prayer...

Sitting at the airport in Philadelphia, I am on my way to Norway to speak at a huge summer conference in Österbo. Thinking of what Jesus did these past few days; 160 people saved in 5 services (Biker Church and Morningstar Fellowship) around 40 baptized in the Holy Spirit and started speaking in tongues and His presence was so real and close... I love Jesus! He is the reason that I live, have a wonderful family, pastor a beautiful church, have all the lovely friends I have and the reason that I get up every morning :)... Jesus is so beautiful!

See ya soon!

Preaching and Enjoying the US

On Thursday my family and I travelled from Pittsburgh to the little town Boyertown north of Philadelphia. We are staying at the picturesque Bed and Breakfast "Twin Turrets" which is run by the mayor herself :)...
I preached at Biker Church Thursday night and 16 bikers gave their lives to Jesus... Lovely! I am preaching at one of our partner churches this weekend; Morningstar Fellowship. Last night about 40 precious Americans responded to the salvation invitation! Thank you Jesus!
The pastors couple; Steve and Liz Defrain are good friends since many years and such wonderful people! Their church is so hungry for Jesus, it's a joy to preach here :)! Last night they treated us with ribs, we are spoiled here in the US :)!
Steve, Liz, Maria and I really enjoyed some good ribs last night...

We will soon start up our Bible School again, for the tenth consequtive year, you have applied, right?! The first day is August 23... Click here to apply!

Gettysburg

Summing up a great weekend with four services at Freedom Valley Worship Center... More than 120 precious Americans have run to the front and cried out their salvation prayer. About 15 were baptized in the Holy Spirit and many, yes, I mean MANY were healed :)! Jesus is the best!
Dustin had an injured shoulder and was in a lot of pain. Last night Jesus healed him and he could even do push ups on stage to test his healing!
Jasmin's left elbow was bent backwards, after prayer her elbows are perfectly straight again!
Martha wasn't able to climb stairs before due to so much pain, Jesus touched her last night and she walked up and down the stairs to the platform - without any pain!
We ended this weekend with praying for handkerchiefs, scarfs and sweaters and believe that when they  come in contact with sick friends and relatives they will be healed too!

We love our friends here and I am sooo thankful for strong partners like this in the Apostolic family...

We are soon driving to Pittsburgh now...

Bible Reading in Toronto

Sitting at my brother and sister in law's house, reading 1 Corinthians. The sun is shining from a clear blue sky and the coffee is great...

Let all that you do be done with love.
1 Cor 16:14

Yesterday we swam in Lake Ontario and today we are visiting the theme park Canada's Wonderland. We are enjoying being together, there's a mutual respect between the families and the cousins are really enjoying spending time together.
Mattias (Maria's brother) and his Scottish Fiona are wonderful people with generous hearts. Mattias is a computer engineer and Fiona a teacher. They have been together 15 years now and their daughters are growing up :).

Will soon fly to the US and start working again; I have the best job in the world :)!

Revival Christianity

Revival; an old Christian word. This word doesn't even exist in the Bible. The word "revival" is the elderly's way of describing how a nation, a city or a people is awakened spiritually and starts seeking God. The concept "revival" is a little worn out, but means that a spiritual hunger now exists where people have been negligent before. The Holy Spirit wakes people up and urges them to repent from sin, but also creates a crazy hunger for freedom, physical healing and a deeper spiritual life...

I believe in "revival Christianity." I pray that Europe will experience genuine times of "revival." I want SOS to always be a modern "revival" movement in a once Christian Europe... The unreached people groups need "ressurection Christianity" and the old Christian world need "revival Christianity"...
Pics from our festival in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in June...

Hope to see you Sunday! I am preachingat home in my dear Stockholm at both celebrations; 12 noon and 4 pm! Welcome!

Why I Do Not Drink Alcohol

First I have to say that there are no Biblical or spiritual arguments needed when it comes to being an absolutist and totally sober. Just think about all the traffic accidents that are related to alcohol, crimes and assaults that happen while drunk. So much sorrow, grief, blood and broken teeth are floating in the wake of the luxurious yaht with the colorful lamps between its masts... It started with laughter, lime of the side of the glass and an umbrella in the drink, and ended with salty tears after unfaithfulness and fights...
All children should grow up in secure homes without alcohol and drugs. All women should be loved, touched and courted by sober men that show respect...

1) Christian law of love. Read Luke 17:1-2, Rom 15:15, 21.

I never want my life style to be the reason for someones fall. Help me God to never lead anyone astray that is weak and fighting for a new life as sober.

2) Set apart for holy ministry. Read Lev 10:8-10, Num 6:1-3.

I am a priest before God, set to serve humanity by being an example that is worth following; help me God!

3) A sound and secure life.

My family and my friends enjoy when I am totally sober. They deserve more than "drunk talk", swearing and anxiety... I want to enjoy life 100% and will therefore stay sober...
