B-B-Q in Stockholm with good friends on Walpurgis Night

Just arrived at home after Maria picked me up at the airport. The sun is shining and the sky is clear blue here in Stockholm today, sooo good... Maria is cooking and after that we will go for a ride to Sigtuna and enjoy a cup of coffee in the spring sun, just my Darling and I. Tonight we will have a B-B-Q night with friends – life is so great... I am exhausted but in a nice way, you know, the “thankful – happy – everything at the same time” kind of tired... God has performed miracles, blessed, confirmed his Word and guided me on adventures and surprises around the globe... First in the US, then in Thailand and now the last few days in Vienna and my beloved Austria.

Vienna Christian Center (VCC) is experiencing true revival at the moment. It was great to come in as speaker for a few days, in the midst of this wave, many were saved, baptized in the Spirit and healed. Yesterday a Kingdom of God bomb exploded – Holy Spirit explosions!

They invited me to come back to VCC and soon I will be back in this wonderful church, thank you Jesus! It is an international mega-city church that has taught me so much... Thank you God for a new church relationship, in the right time! Inspiration for church planting down town Stockholm, so to say!

My beloved Vienna...

See Ya!

See you on Plattan, Central Stockholm!

I'm sitting in Doha, Qatar, waiting on my flight to Vienna, I have not been able to sleep tonight... I think it's called jetlag...

"Plattan" is the central square downtown Stockholm...

On Friday I will sleep on "Plattan", central Stockholm, as "homeless for Jesus" together with many other Jesus-disciples... It will be sooo good to give Jesus to the people in Stockholm together with pastors and leaders from different denominations on Friday night. To speak about Jesus and only Jesus is sooo fresh and healthy... Jonas Gardell's (Swedish author and actor) Jesus doesn't deliver, save or change lives, but the Bible's radical Jesus does! The Bible's Jesus casts out demons, heal the sick, give life and real and true joy! On Saturday there's the Jesus Manifestation in Kungsträdgården (park in central Stockholm)! You'll come, won't you?!

Last year's Jesus Manifestation gathered alot of people...

I have to run to my gate now...

See ya!

From Khon Kaen to Vienna Tomorrow...

Tonight we had our last festival meeting here in Khon Kaen and everyone are just intoxicated with joy, almost euphorically... The team is so happy, giggely and are competing in who can eat the most fried cockroaches, beetles and other grose stuff... The team that won the challenge of bringing most people to the festival ground during the week received a cake as price and were even promised an elephant ride tomorrow... Everyone's mood is at its best so to say...

The team has tomorrow off and I'm flying to Vienna and my dear Austria and I'll start preaching Tuesday night at Vienna Christian Center. So many people have been saved, healed and baptized in the Holy Spirit during this week and we've lived and breathed the book of Acts every second.

The missions practise will continue another week for the team. They'll be sent on different special missions to unreached mountain villages, one team will go down to Bangkok and others on even more crazy adventures... SOS is multiplying the adventure life with Jesus' Spirit in young people from Sweden, Norway, Finland, USA and Thailand and for that I am sooo happy, thank you Jesus... I am so proud of all the students, coworkers and faithful missionaries!

I'm going home to Austria a couple of days now! God is good!

Vienna...

See ya!

Only Jesus can Perform Mircales like these!

In the middle of the most colorful, creative and visionary festival show we have ever produced I'm reflecting a little over all Jesus' mircales... Everything is so professional this time (I am a little biased, but anyway...) and SOS' festival team have never been more eager and hungry to think new and create in the Holy Spirit... The Festival band, dancers and actors are fantastic and the ambition level for the illustrations and props have no limits this time... Platform, sound, light and video are of very high quality, but you know, only Jesus' Spirit can perform signs and wonders...

31 year old Chawan Sonthom started to speak for the first time and was baptized in the Holy Spirit the same evening!!!

When a mute man starts to speak long fluent sentences and is baptized in the Holy Spirit and speaks in tongues the same evening, we all know we had nothing to do with this... When fluids pour out of a lady's feet that haven't been able to walk without a cane, and she is running and dancing on stage, then we know that Jesus is there... When a lady with a foggy blind eye with a spot on the lens all of a sudden can see with the disfunctional eye and counts the fingers we hold up, I get all warm inside and know that Jesus is with us... Jesus I love you!

People's lives are changed every day in Buddhistic Khon Kaen, Thailand! Glory to Jesus!

Festival Happiness and Frenzy...

Thailand. Heat. Motor cycles. Missions practice. Happy students. Serving and excellent missionaries. The creativity and joy to create has no limits. Jesus saves and performs miracles. Lifelong friendship is born. Memories for life is carved into heart and mind. Missionaries are born. New God's adventurers are hooked. Passion for Jesus and intimacy with the Holy Spirit is deepened. Happiness! Frenzy!

I landed running in Thailand and have already preached at two festival meetings, a local pastors' lunch and a morning gathering with the team. I am enjoying life with capital L!

Noel and Melvin Gisselsson are real festival kids, they come along on everything!

I am so impressed by all our festival kids that are coming along on outreaches, festival meetings and sitting back on motor cycles... Two unreached peoples warriors that we are all so impressed by are Melodie Leake and her 16-year old daughter Alissa... Mel preached at the womens' prison yesterday and more than 30 women were saved, hallelujah!

Alissa and Melodie Leake

This is my sixtieth festival! Everyone needs and unreached peoples' festival in their memory bank! We are a huge team of 140 people here, but we miss you!

See ya!

China Airways via Beijing to Bangkok...

Bangkok skyline...

I'm writing from my hotel in Bangkok, I'm soon flying domestic to Khon Kaen... The festival starts tonight, hallelujah! I stand in faith for an explosion of salvation and miracles from day one.

I sat beside a wonderful Chineese guy on the plane from San Fransisco to Beijing... I haven't had so much fun in along time! "Stephen" (he had a Chineese name as well) spoke pretty good English and had been on a tour with a Chineese choir in the States... He liked to talk and told me 2000 year old Chineese kids- and folkstories, great stories with a deep moral meaning... Stephen and his friends sang for me too. I laughed, smiled, was all red in my face and enjoyed... Stephen and his Chineese choir buddies couldn't even spell the word fear if they had to, and would never even be able to look up the word ashamed in a dictionary... I fell in love with the Chineese people and I am longing to go to China...

Stephen had never heard the Christian gospel or any of the stories from the Bible - totally unreached in other words... I taught him for a long time and he thought that the trinity, Jesus' death, forgiveness and the Holy Spirit was amazing... I now have his address and he wants to be my interpretor and guide when I go to China... God, open China for SOS!

A Mega Church is a True Power Factor!

To have friends like Pastor Glen Berteau and Michael Williams is both sharpening and instructive. Pastor Glen's church, Calvary Temple skyrockets my own faith! Calvary Temple gather over 7,500 people every week now and are continously growing. This was my third visit to them and the best one so far... Yesterday 15 people were saved and in the two services today over 100 precious people gave their lives to Jesus! Today they had over 1500 at each service. Everything is excellent and well organized, and the services are well prepared and structured as in every mega church but yet they have such amazing freedom for the Holy Spirit to lead... What worship! Rock inspired, a tight, young and hungry band, an unbelievable passion and at the same time such a strong presence of God!

Lately I have been praying specifically for words of knowledge and healing miracles and now there was such a flow of answers to my prayers both for me personally and for miracle hungry people! God opened up a deaf ear for a woman so full of joy and so much more amazing things happened that only Jesus can do! I feel so close to Jesus right now and led by the Holy Spirit in a new, fresh way in every service... I do not know when I have felt more happy and free...

A mega church is a true power factor...

We need to stretch towards and aim for mega churches in Sweden! A mega church is a true power factor and can have a great impact in a community but also in a nation if the church is led by an Apostle or Prophet! God give us mega churches in Stockholm and Sweden!

Tomorrow I will fly to Thailand for a festival, thank you Jesus! It will be soo fun! Now I need some time to shop, work out, eat, and sleep as well...

See ya!

Reflections in California...

I'm preaching at Pastor Glen Berteau's church Calvary Temple this weekend...

I preached at Calvary Temple in Modesto last night, about 15 people ran to the front and prayed a salvation prayer with tears streamed down their cheeks. We took a lot of time to pray for the sick and we had several immidiate healing testimonies, hallelujah!

I am preaching two services today, looking foraward to what the Holy Spirit is going to do! I sell a lot of my books here in the US, I'm very happy about that! The USA and all my friends here are like a well of fresh water to me... Thank you God for all revival Christian leaders!

God, help us to break through with revival Christianity in Sweden again! We need strong prayer, spiritual warfare, salvation preaching, confession of sins, deliverances from demons and genuin faith in the Bible! God, help us in Sweden! Help us to be salt and light! Help us to be a city on the hill that shines in the darkness!

See ya!

Vision for the City Conference

Great days in Shreveport Louisiana, USA... I'm visiting Pastor Denny Duron's church (Shreveport Community Church) and his pastors' and leadership days; Vision for the City Conference... Yesterday morning I listened to Pastor Paul Golet from Las Vegas, one of my favorite teachers and a really good friend... It was great to see Paul again, last time we met was at a healing conference in Lausanne, Switzerland...

Pastor Tommy Barnett preached last night, oh how I enjoyed his message, what a message! Tommy preached about "needs," that God can only do miracles for those with big needs. Tommy meant that needs are really something very positive and a neccesary prerequisite for us to be used by God. See to it that you have big needs!

I fly to San Fransisco CA today with my friend Michael Williams and then on to Modesto where I am preaching three services this weekend at Glenn Berteau's church, fun! Calvary Temple gather more than 7000 people every week and are constantly growing... I love both my friends there and the church, it is so evangelistic, outreach oriented and fresh!

The SOS Family is Growing!

I'm on my way to the US... I asked my assistant to publish this when I'm in the air somewhere over the Atlantic Ocean...

Big congratulations to to your treasure - your son, beloved Stephanie and Daniel! Your joy is mine! I am sooo grateful to work with you guys and share life and now your joy over the new little one...

I want to present our future Childrens Pastors as well in SOS Church! Jenny and Andreas Jensen are so competent, creative and full of ideas! Just think that you want to work with Maria and me! I am so happy and spoiled directly from heaven!

Young with an Appetite for Life!

But because my servant Caleb has a different spirit... Numbers 14:24

Moses sent 12 scouts behind enemy lines and one of them was Caleb. When Caleb was 40 years old God said that his spirit was different... How?! well, Caleb was probably very offensive, "on the ball," maybe a little too much, passionate, a fighter, loud, generous, "criminally happy" and loved life! Caleb was a pioneer and fighter! When Caleb turned 85 he said to his friend Josua: I am still as strong today as the day Moses sent me out... and; I'm just as vigorous to go out to battle now as I was then... Jos 14:11. Was that so? Sure! Youth's vigour and an appetite for life comes from the inside. I've met old 17 year olds and young 77 year olds...

I had oatmeal
with bananas for breakfast today and I'm Bible meditating on the gospel of Mark, shopping, packing and working out... I'm on a mission, that is; festival in Thailand and conferences in the US and Austria... I've never felt younger and happier ;). I do think the pioneer spirit is over me ;).

I have a personal trainer and health food adviser now, I never thought that would happen, but you know, mircles do happen ;). I'm following a food and work out program, that will be a challenge with all the time changes and constant jetlag... But as you know there are no problems, just challenges right?!

I chatted with my wife Maria who's in Thailand it seems like the national water festival is going on in the streets and markets, seems like they are having a lot of fun... Maria and the kids are living life and daddy's coming soon! Buddhists will meet the risen Jesus and miracles will take place!

Some thoughts on Giving Money to the Kingdom of God!

To give money to different "God Projects" is exciting and really grows your faith explosively. It's impossible to give more than what God gives back. It doesn't matter how much the giver gives, he just becomes richer. It's a positive economy problem - you just can't get rid of the money, no matter how much you try... ;). Here are four Biblical truths about sowing money into the Kingdom of God:

1) Sow in good soil! (Mark 4:20) That is rich, fertilized soil that bear fruit... Then, the Bible says, you can expect to reap a hundred times as much (For example $10,000 x 100= 1 million $) ...to receive a hundred times as much (Mark 10:29-30).

2) Give in faith! That is, expect a great havest. (Hebrews 11:6, Rom 14:23, 2 Cor 9:7). Give with great faith that God will reward you, and give with joy!

3) You will reap the kind of grain or seed that you sow! (Gal 6:7). If you sow oats, you will reap oats and not tomatoes. If you give away cars you will receive cars, if you give away clothes you will most likely receive clothes...

4) Sow intensely and generously! (Luke 6:38)

God wants you to become rich so that you always, in every circumstance are able to give to all good projects in God's kingdom! (2 Cor 9:11). Start by tithing (Mal 3:8-10) to God and then train yourself in offering as well and you'll have an abundance in your economy!
I have given away six cars and received five, and I'm counting on that it will continue to rain cars many more years! I've given away a lot of clothes and shoes and I'm counting on a continues harvest for my closet ;). I've started to give away mission trips and hotel nights for some time now and soon the harvest will come!

Why are you telling me this Johannes? Because we all need to become rich, not only me ;). Give generoulsy to missions and outreaches dear friends! Time is short!

Day off and soon Plundering Mission around the World...

Maria and the kids flew to Thailand yesterday so I am a "grass widower" a few days... I just finished cleaning the house together with Anna and Jonatan who are currently living with us (Anna is Maria's little sister and that must make Jonatan my little brother-in-law)... Washing, packing and preparing an around-the-world trip the next couple of weeks. USA - Thailand - Austria - Stockholm with tight stops to preach in Louisiana, California, Khon Kaen, Vienna and then home again... Wonder what God will do and how the Spirit ocf Jesus will surprise?! I'm praying for people's salvation, mircales that cannot be doubted or questioned, miraculous powers and creation miracles - Jesus stuff in other words!

I think I'll take a walk in the woods now and then lie down on the couch and see "Insider" with Al Pacino and Russel Crowe, I haven't had time to see a good movie in a long time... I need to rest, charge my batteries and recouperate for a real discharge and explosion the next couple of weeks...

It's springtime and time to slay some Philistines again! We are on a plundering mission for the kingdom of God! Hell will be robbed of many precious people and the devil will be skinned!

See ya!

God is an Artist!

The title of my short message today was just; God is an Artist (Gen 1:27, Job 38:7, Song of Songs 7:1, Eph 2:10). The God of the Bible is a creative creator, cheered on by the angels and we are His master piece. Both the artist and the buyer determines the price of the painting. You are God's painting, signed by Him but was stolen by the devil and bought back through Jesus, it cost everything... He payed with His own blood and life! Just as Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" from 1503 is priceless, so are you precious and priceless in the eyes of God. God has created and loves you and He wants you in His "gallery" (His church)! The church of the living God and Master Artist is full of colors, styles, expressions and creative joy!

Even though SOS Church hasn't spent one cent on advertisement, or hasn't really started yet, people come every Sunday, we already have a momentum and the winds of the Spirit is blowing upward... We had an Esater Party this afternoon (the seventh service at a Restaurant downtown this spring), and even though many of of our people were home celebrating Easter with family, we were 115 people present (100 adults paying for the buffé)!!! There were 23 different nationalities represented today - God is really confirming the word of an international church! The feast was kissed directly from heaven and at the end two people were saved and three baptized in the Spirit! This week another person decided to be baptized in water and three wonderful Swedish immigrants applied to the new Bible school that starts this August. Spiritual "self-pressure" or gravity, Hallelujah!

What a party we had tonight! I can't stop thinking about it... Dance competition, charades, games, beautiful duett song and Easter eggs filled with candy for the kids! Warm and heartly fellowship, true Christian Koinonia and lots of Jesus joy!

See Ya!

Don't be a Coward!

U2's singer, Bono

What does the Irish U2 singer Bono and the actor Mel Gibson have in common? What unites the actor Tom Hanks with the boxer Evander Holyfield? What did the eventor Isaac Newton and the eventor of the airplane, the Wright Brothers, have as their inspiration and source of creativity? What did the authors J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis share besides friendship? The answer is: the FAITH. All these super celebreties, either in our time or in past times had this in common that they were not cowards with their faith in Jesus but instead are and were radical Christians.

Mel Gibson

Evander Holyfield

To be known and have a sphere of influence in society does not have to be synonomous with being a coward, quiet, and liberal diplomatic... No! Swedish Christian celebrites - come out of the closet! We need you on the baricades for the Kingdom of God! I often pray for Lars Adaktuson, news anchor, Sivert Öholm, reporter and talk show host, and our beloved singer Carola! Continue to stand firm, be salt and light! Go, go, go! I believe many celebreties will be saved in the near future!

By the way, don't miss SOS Church's Easter Party this afternoon at 4 pm at restaurant Mai Thai! Click here for directions...

See ya before the throne of God in prayer for Stockholm and Sweden!

Easter Weekend proceeds with Full Power...

I have preached two wild services at the Easter conference in Sölvesborg now! 7 people ran to the front yesterday wanting to pray a salvation prayer, either for the first time or to make a new commitment to God after some time away! Tommy and I took a walk in the spring sun before the morning service. Spring has already come to Blekinge (county in Southern Sweden) and Tommy filled me with miracle stories from his last festivals in India and Ethiopia, I was so excited! Tommy preached for a huge audience of about 100 000 people in Hosanna Ethiopia! God has kissed Tommy and Carina and their PTL Ministries so wonderfully with a wet sloppy kiss these last couple of years!

Check out some video clips from Tommy's last festivals!

I'm soon leaving for my beloved Stockholm on X2000 (train)... We are celebrating Easter tomorrow eating my own fished salmon from last summer together with family and good friends. On Sunday we're having an Easter Party downtown! Don't miss the wild party! We (SOS Church) start at 4 PM at Tai Mai Restaurant! Click for directions!

I am meditating a lot on our life style in SOS now;

1) A strong inner life. Intimate fellowship with Jesus' spirit through prayer, Bible meditation and fasting regularly...

2) Hang out with non Christian seekers and new believers every week. The Great Comission and discipling...

3) A sound life. Work out/exercise, hang out with your family and friends. Laugh a lot!

See you at the next baptism! See you at the Bible school this fall! See you at a festival soon?!

See ya!

Performance, "Eastering Kids" and lots of Candy...

Alicias class had an Easter performance this morning together with several third grade studens in the community. The auditorium, "Kulturum" in Märsta was packed full of excited and curious parents and lucklily Johannes could go before he had to leave for Sölvesborg in Southern Sweden. Dances and songs were performed, but Alicias class had the honor to do the "grand finale" performance. They danced to Michael Jackson's "Thriller." They did great. I realize that we are a little bit biased, but we were really impressed. Cool outfits, great coreography and a great stage presence. Fun.

When Johannes left for the airport
we got really busy here at home with other important things. As soon as the kids came home from school we started looking for "dress up clothes." It was time for the anual "Eastering." After an hour of cutting and gluing, painting and fixing, they were ready. This year Alicia is a little chick coming out of the egg, and Adam choose to be the famous Easter Bunny. Adam had a friend over and he bacame a rooster. Together with some kids from the neighborhood dressed up as Easter witches they went out on a mission. It can be very rewarding to knock around the neighborhood, wish the neighbors Happy Easter and hand out handmade Easter cards. They just came home with LOTS of candy and right now we are trying to divide it all up equally here in the kitchen - a very important job...

Wish you a very Happy Easter!

Easter with My Family...

I'm sitting at the kitchen table trying to learn one of Pelle Karlsson's (famous Christian Swedish singer) old revival hits; "When You Cross the River" for a funeral that I'm conducting this afternoon... I've listed to both Christer Sjögren's and Alf Robertson's (Swedish singers) versions on the internet. In a weak moment I promised to play and sing two "old revival hits" (stretch and grow, right?!...) I've had two funerals in a short period of time now and it is really a time to reflect. If I die tonight, have I said everything I need to say, and am I friends with everyone around me?

Easter is coming up, and tomorrow I fly to southern Sweden to Sölvesborg to visit a dear old friend, Pastor Tommy Lilja. I'm speaking at two services at the Easter Conference in his church... It will be so wonderful to meet Tommy and Carina and their wild gang again!

On Sunday afternoon SOS Church is having an Easter Celebration at the same Restaurant as last Sunday, the Tai Mai Restaurant. (Click for directions)... The celebration starts at 4 PM with Thai buffé for $6.25, then we'll have Easter eggs with lots of candy for the kids, games, pranks, Julia Willkander will sing Easter songs and I'll try to preach a little bit at the end... Welcome, bring your family and especially friends that are seekers and celebrate Easter with us downtown!

Feeling of Well-being over SOS Church!

Back in my kitchen I am now sitting enjoying the Spirit's feeling of well-being after a saturated church-planting-weekend, and an awesome service this afternoon at the Mai Thai restuarant in downtown Stockholm... The prayer sessions this weekend have been filled with fire and passion (wild African distress prayer so to say...) The fellowship around the tables during every meal, in the inflatables, around the campfires, oh so fun... The card games and the tired giggles after midnight have been so delivering...

The teaching that our mentor Ron Johnson has fed us with has been so full of faith and healing. Tonight three people were saved, one healed in the foot and a newly saved was baptized in the Spirit. Also several curious guests checked out the church, hallelujah! The international church is taking form, so many ethnicities, colors, scents and styles... As a finale I satt with my friends Ron, Walter, Omid, Julia and others at a cafe downtown and cast vision for Harvest Cry and shared life together... Thank You Jesus! Thankfulness to God! Life with a capital L is being lived and I honestly do not know when I have been happier!

Our Spiritual Dad, Ron Johnson is Visiting!

We are sooo glad that Ron Johnson is staying in our guest room! Ron is a humble man of God that loves people, but is not afraid to tell truths. Ron has come to pray, teach, guide and fellowship with SOS Church an entire weekend. We're going to the Educational Institute "Baset" right outside of Järfälla in Stockholm. We're gonna sleep on the floor in sleeping bags, laugh and praise Jesus! Oh, I am so looking forward to true "koinonia!"

Last night (Thursday night) we prayed, worshipped and cast vision in what might become our future base right in the center of Stockholm (click for picture and directions)... It was so great! Life as a pioneer is exciting!

We are praying, praying, praying and praying now... Who'll be saved this Sunday? Who'll be healed or baptized in the Holy Spirit this Sunday? Ron Johnson will preach on Sunday at 4 pm, and this time we're at a new place, a Thai restaurant (click for directions)... As you know, we're building an international church and we've already been acquainted with the Etiopian and Persian food and interior, and now we will meet at Mai Tai Restaurant on Sunday, fun! Everyone is welcome, especially if you call yourself a seeker and don't call yourself a Christian! We love Muslims, Hindus and Atheists in SOS Church!
